WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to most countries across the world.  Shipping to Canada, Europe and the United States on orders over $100 is free.  Depending on your country of origin of order, different shipping charges may apply, which you will be advised about at the time of placing your order.  Shipping is dispatched from our warehouses in the United States, Europe or China, depending on where you are on the globe.  Suncube Retreat Inc. assumes no liability whatsoever if the products are damaged or lost as a result of tempered packages, while en-route to you in your country of origin.  We strongly recommend that you take a picture of the package as a proof of intact delivery prior to opening your package.  If the you received the package intact but you find that the product is damaged, we will happily replace your item or provide you with full refund if you mail the damaged item back to us at your mailing cost.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU UPDATE YOUR PRODUCTS AND PRICES?

Our technical engineers continually update our site and add new products. We take extreme pride in finding the finest high quality and top grade merchandise from across the globe. As a result of our ongoing business relationship with our vendors, from time to time we are able to negotiate a better price on some of our inventory.  We love to pass those savings directly to our customers by reducing the price of our listings.  Therefore, we encourage our customers to visit our site on a regular basis to take the benefit of sale offers introduced from time to time.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS NOT IN STOCK?

As you can appreciate, our products are in high demand with customers purchasing them from across the globe. From time to time, we experience a situation when a product stock runs out from the time a customer sees the product on our website, and by the time an order is placed.  In most cases, you will get notification at the time of placing an order, if the product you are interested in, is no longer in stock.  In an unfortunate situation, where that communication may be missed which we profusely apologize for, we will contact you via email supplied by you at our earliest convenience if the product is not in stock and offer you the following three option:

1) Your full money back that you paid for your order not in stock

2) 20% discount on another order if you would like to choose an alternative product

3) Back order the product if it is still available.
